Check-In Notes... Ah, the bane of long check-in lines. To facilitate check-in and game balance, everyone will need to adhere to our item card policy: ALL weapons, no matter the write-up on the card, will have only the stats (damage, bonus traits, negative traits) listed in Dark Epics, with no exceptions.
"Magic Items" will not be allowed, unless specifically created with approved Thaumaturgy or Necromancy ("approved" means we will probably scowl at things created with Spirit Manipulation and Spirit Thaumaturgy, for example, depending on the magnitude of their effects).
No items created with Arcanoi, hedge magic, or wacky demon plots, for example :-).
The exception to this will be Garou Fetishes for Garou characters. If you waste our time trying to get stupid item cards approved, we reserve the right to deal you agg. :-) Site Information... Camp Site 1 is on the same road as in the past, but it is the first camp site, not the camp site at the very end of the road.
Cabins: Check with Staff to see what cabins are STAFF Only.
Building #70 & Building #78 are Garou
Camp Site E is Sabbat The On-site sleeping cabins will be first come first serve that are not STAFF. Arrive early to get the best spots. We will have sign-up sheets posted on cabin doors this year, to make it easier for everyone to know what cabins are full and which are not. Hotels: There are a wide variety of reasonably-priced hotels located within 5 minutes' drive of the Nonclave site. For more information, click here. IC Meetings/Cabin Reservations: The ST staff will be taking advance reservations for large groups (clan meetings, coterie meetings, etc.) needing cabins or halls to meet in during the event. Send requests to nva-sts@yahoogroups.com.
Parking: We have had many issues with people parking in no-parking zones. We WILL be enforcing parking rules. So will the Park officials.
Litter: No cigarette butts are allowed to be discarded on the ground in the forest park. We will provide disposal containers for cigarettes, and will issue automatic strikes to anyone caught littering.
Alcohol: This is a National Park, which means alcohol is not permitted on the premises General Information: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please be prepared with medications as needed and let the staff know in advance, so we can be prepared to meet your needs. There are freezers available, so feel free to store your food and beverages in them, but please label them first. Please keep the site clean. Pick up after yourselves and if you use the kitchen or grills, clean them up, lest we have to behead you. And you don't want that... I hope. We had a lot of problems last year with groups leaving trash in their cabins. Clean up after yourselves, please. If you don't, we will be quite cross.
Things to Bring: As this is a site in the woods, prepare for bugs, all potential weather, earth, dirt, leaves and outdoorsy things. NO outside firewood. The park usually has downed lumber by the fire sites but there will be a need to make the wood fit into the circle. Click here for more information.
